Bio pages
Build a public link-in-bio page with links, section headers, social icons, a theme, a QR code, and daily analytics, hosted at a shareable AnyBot URL.
Bio Pages is a link-in-bio builder, one page, like Linktree, that collects the links you want to point followers to behind a single URL. It's the one part of the Social suite that doesn't need a connected account: you build the page, publish it, and share its address from inside AnyBot.
What a bio page holds
- Page header. A profile image, a title, and a short bio (up to 500 characters) at the top.
- Social icons. A row of icons under your bio that link to your profiles: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Twitch, Discord, Spotify, GitHub, a website, or an email address. Up to 20, in the order you set.
- Links. Each link is a button with a title and a URL. Optionally give it a thumbnail image, mark it Featured so it stands out, or set a Schedule so it appears and expires on its own.
- Section headers. A plain title, such as "Shop" or "Latest videos", that groups the links below it.
- A theme. Six ready-made themes (Classic, Midnight, Sunset, Forest, Mono, Brand) that you can adjust: background, button style and shape, colors, and font.
Build one, step by step
- Open Social → Bio Pages and choose New Bio Page. A popup opens.
- Type a page title. The URL slug fills itself in from the title, and AnyBot checks right away whether that address is free. If it's taken, you get a one-click suggestion. Slugs use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, between 2 and 100 characters, and can't start or end with a hyphen.
- Add an optional bio and choose Create Page. New pages start as drafts, so nobody can see them until you publish.
- In the editor, the Links tab is where you build the page. Use Add Link for a button and Add header for a section title. Reorder by dragging a row, or with the up and down arrows. The switch on each row hides a link without deleting it, and the star marks it Featured.
- Style it on the Appearance tab and add your profiles on the Social icons tab.
- When it looks right, choose Publish at the top of the editor. Any unsaved changes are saved and published together.
The phone on the right of the editor is a live preview. It shows unsaved changes as you make them, and it is the same renderer your followers see, so what you see is what they get. On a narrow screen, use the Preview button to switch to it.
Settings, appearance, and social icons share one Save Changes bar at the bottom of the editor. Links save as you add, edit, or reorder them.
Share it
A published page lives at the app's address followed by /bio/ and your slug:
https://<your-anybot-app-address>/bio/my-brandFrom the top of the editor:
- Copy Link copies that address.
- Open page opens it in a new tab (shown once the page is published).
- QR code shows a scannable code for the page, with a Download PNG button for print or posts.
That's the URL you'll drop into your Instagram, TikTok, X, or YouTube profile, anywhere that gives you one link. When someone shares it, the link preview uses your SEO title and description and your share image (see below).
Choosing Unpublish turns the page back into a draft. Visitors then get a "Page not available" screen; because the public page is cached briefly, that can take up to about a minute.
Appearance
On the Appearance tab:
- Profile image. Pick or upload one from your media library.
- Theme. Choosing a theme starts fresh from it, replacing any adjustments made on top of the previous one.
- Background. A solid color, a two-color gradient, or an image.
- Buttons. Style (Fill, Outline, Soft, Shadow), shape (Square, Rounded, Pill), button color, and button text color.
- Text. The page's text color and font.
Settings and sharing preview
On the Settings tab you can change the title, bio, and slug (with the same availability check). The Search and sharing section sets the SEO title, SEO description, and the share image shown in link previews. If you leave them empty, the page falls back to your title, your bio, and your profile image.
Clearing a field and saving really clears it.
Scheduled links
Turn on Schedule in a link's popup and pick a start and/or end time. Outside that window the link is hidden from the public page. In the editor, the row shows Scheduled before the window opens and Expired after it closes, so you can see why a link isn't showing.
Analytics
The Analytics tab shows how the page performs over a date range: the last 7, 28, or 90 days, or a custom range.
- Views: how many times the page was opened in that range.
- Clicks: taps on your links in that range.
- Click-through rate: clicks as a percentage of views.
- Each figure also shows its all-time total.
- A daily chart of views and clicks.
- A per-link table of clicks and click-through rate, so you can see which destination earns attention.
A view is counted when someone opens the published page in a browser, and a click when they tap a link. Link-preview bots that only fetch the page aren't counted, and reopening the page within about a minute doesn't count twice. Days are counted in UTC. These are totals only: Bio Pages doesn't track who visited, where they came from, or their device.
This is separate from your network analytics: bio-page numbers are about your off-platform link hub, not reach on Instagram or LinkedIn.
