Plans
How AnyBot plans compare by dimension (ABT allowance, seats, agents, knowledge, and modules) plus the billing cycle, per-workspace billing, and how to upgrade.
Plans differ by dimension, not by a single number. Each tier scales your monthly AnyBot Token (ABT) allowance, how many agents and team seats you can run, how much knowledge you can store, and which modules are switched on. This page compares those dimensions and explains the billing cycle and upgrades. It never lists prices or exact limits. Those live in the billing area of your workspace, which reads them from the live plan catalog.
AnyBot meters AI work as ABT across 6 pools. Your plan sets the monthly allowance, see ABT tokens and plans.
The tiers
AnyBot's paid tiers are Go, Starter, Pro, Advanced, and Enterprise, ordered by capacity, each billed monthly or yearly. Each step up lifts limits and turns on more of the platform; nothing is removed as you climb. When you create a workspace, the app shows the ways to get it started, including any no-cost start offered at that time.
What varies by tier
Every plan is defined by the same set of dimensions. Higher tiers raise the ceiling on each. None of the numbers below are shown here (GATE-P):
| Dimension | What it controls | How it scales |
|---|---|---|
| ABT allowance | Your AI budget across 6 ABT pools | Grows with each tier |
| Agents | How many bots you can build | Capped on Go, unlimited from Starter up |
| Team seats | People you can invite to this workspace | Capped on every tier; the cap grows with each tier |
| Knowledge | Files and total size for RAG | Capped on Starter, unlimited above it |
| Channels | Places an agent can be connected | Capped on Go, unlimited from Starter up |
| Media storage | Space for generated and uploaded media | The same on every tier, not a differentiator |
| Modules | Which feature sets are switched on | Higher tiers turn on more modules |
| Workspaces | Separate spaces you can own | Not a plan limit: each one carries its own subscription |
| Social Stacks | Groups of social accounts you publish to together | One included on every plan; extra Stacks are a paid add-on |
Seats are the team dimension. See Roles & permissions and Spaces. Your ABT allowance is metered per pool as described in ABT tokens.
How limits are enforced
Count limits are checked kindly, at create-time. When you try to add one more agent, seat, or knowledge file than your plan allows, that single action is blocked with a clear "upgrade to continue" message. Nothing you already have is touched. If you were already over a limit (for example after a plan change), you are grandfathered: existing resources keep working, and only the next create is asked to fit. Count limits never delete or disable what you built.
ABT pools behave differently, and the difference matters. A pool that runs out is a hard stop for that kind of work until the pool's window resets or you buy a top-up. Your agents stop replying, or generation stops, in that pool. And a pool your plan sets to zero is not "exhausted", it is excluded: it is refused outright, and a purchased top-up does not open it.
Billing cycle and checkout
- Billing cycle: paid plans bill monthly or yearly. You choose the cycle at checkout; there is no lifetime option. The cycle windows your ABT pools, and allowances reset on your own billing date rather than on the first of the calendar month.
- Checkout: every purchase (a plan for a new workspace, a plan change, or a token top-up) goes through one checkout page in the app, then completes in Stripe checkout, per workspace, where a card is collected. Promo & referral codes are applied there.
- Who can pay: only the workspace's payer can buy, change, or cancel. A teammate with the billing permission can read billing but is refused on money operations.
Managing and upgrading
To move up a tier, choose the higher plan and complete Stripe checkout. The new allowance and limits apply once payment is confirmed. An upgrade charges the difference immediately; a downgrade becomes account credit against your next invoice, never a refund. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; after that the workspace goes read-only: reads and exports keep working, anything that spends on AI does not. Your data isn't deleted by a cancellation or a downgrade. New here? Start at Create your account.
FAQ
What happens when I hit a limit? For a count limit, the one action that would exceed it is blocked with an upgrade prompt and everything you already have keeps running. For an ABT pool, that kind of AI work stops until the pool's window resets or you buy a top-up.
Can I change plans any time? Yes, an upgrade takes effect on checkout; a cancellation runs to the end of the paid period, after which the workspace is read-only.
Where are the actual prices and numbers? In the billing area of your workspace, which reads the live plan catalog. By policy, this documentation never lists prices or exact limits.
Can I start without paying? When you create a workspace, the app shows the options available at that time, including any no-cost way to begin. Paid plans are bought through Stripe checkout, where a card is collected.
