Engagement queue
Work incoming comments as one threaded conversation per post, with AI sentiment, brand-voice draft replies, assign, and mark done, across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
The engagement queue pulls the comments, replies, and mentions your published posts attract into a single stream, tags each one with AI sentiment, drafts on-brand replies on request, and lets you respond, hide, assign, and mark done without leaving the page. It closes the content loop: after you plan, create, and publish, this is where you work the conversation that comes back. Comments reach it from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
What lands in the queue
- Comments, replies, and mentions on posts you published through AnyBot, newest first.
- One conversation per post, each post's comments are shown as a single threaded conversation, including your own replies, so you read the whole exchange in order.
- AI enrichment on arrival, each item gets a sentiment tag (positive, neutral, or negative), plus an inferred intent and priority, so you can read the tone and triage the loudest items at a glance.
- Live updates, new comments and status changes stream into the open queue in real time; you don't refresh to see what came in.
- Filters, narrow by platform (including LinkedIn and X), status (open / resolved / ignored), reply status (none / drafted / replied), sentiment, intent, or priority.
Before you start
- You need the
manage_socialpermission in the space (Owners and Admins have it, see roles & permissions). - The relevant social accounts must be linked first, in Connecting social accounts, the queue only sees posts published through accounts you've connected.
Work a comment
- Open Social → Engagement. The queue lists incoming items with their author, platform, sentiment chip, and priority.
- Filter to what matters now, for example status
openand priorityhigh, or a single platform. - Read the item in the detail panel to see the full thread and the sentiment and intent AnyBot inferred.
- Reply. Reply and Hide are only offered where the platform supports them. Type your response and send, AnyBot posts it back to the platform and marks the item replied and resolved in one step. Or press Suggest reply to get a brand-voice draft written by your agent; it lands in the composer for you to edit and is never auto-posted.
- Hide a comment you don't want visible, AnyBot hides it on the platform and records when.
Every reply writes an entry to your audit log, so who answered what stays on record.
Assign, label, and mark done
Triage lets a team share the workload:
- Assign an item to a teammate so it's clearly someone's to answer.
- Label items to group them your way, a campaign name, or a "needs product answer" tag.
- Mark done by setting the status to resolved, or set ignored for noise you don't intend to answer. Replying resolves an item automatically; use the status control when you're closing one out without a reply, or reopening it.
When a platform can't help
The queue never fakes success. If a network rejects a reply or a hide, you'll see a clear platform error rather than a silent "sent." Some networks don't support hiding (or replying to) comments, so those actions are only offered where the platform supports them. If your space has no agent to draft from, Suggest reply returns a "no brand agent" notice while manual replies keep working; when a space has more than one agent, you pick which one drafts.
FAQ
Which networks do comments come from? Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Does the AI reply on its own? No. Suggested replies are drafts you review and send. Nothing posts to a network without you.
Why is one network's queue empty? It likely needs the extra read scopes, reconnect and approve them (see the note above).
Who can work the queue? Anyone with manage_social in that space.
