Run your social pipeline
Plan, generate, approve, publish, then work the replies, the full social loop in one tab.
Run your whole social loop in AnyBot without leaving the suite: connect a network, draft a post with brand-voice AI and an on-brand image, tailor it per platform, schedule and publish it from the calendar, then measure what landed and answer the comments it drew. This is the hands-on recipe, each stage links to the reference page that owns its depth.
What you'll build
One post that you drafted with your agent's brand voice, generated an image for inline, tailored per network, scheduled on the calendar, published, then analyzed and replied to, the full plan → create → publish → analyze → engage loop, end to end.
connect → create → schedule → publish → analyze → engageYou can publish to Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube; comments come back from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Before you start
- The
manage_socialpermission in the space (Owners and Admins have it, see roles & permissions). Step 5 also needsview_analytics, a separate read-only permission. - At least one agent in the space, its persona is the brand voice the composer and AI Studio write in.
- One thing you want to post about.
This page owns the end-to-end click path. For the concepts behind each stage, follow the linked reference page.
Steps
1. Connect a network
Open Social → Accounts, choose Connect, pick a network, and approve every permission on its consent screen, declining one leaves the account partially connected.
Expected result: the account appears with its handle and avatar, marked healthy. Full flow, health, and reconnect: Connecting social accounts.
2. Create the post
Open Social → Compose. Pick a content type (each type only offers the networks that natively support it), write your copy and hashtags, then add a visual from the Media strip: choose an existing asset from your Media Drive or generate an on-brand image inline. It drops in tagged AI. Want AI to do more of the writing? Open AI Studio, pick your agent, run a Create tool (caption, hashtags, thread) or an Optimize tool, and carry the result into the composer.
Expected result: a draft with copy and an image, targeting your connected network(s).
The video script and video prompt tools hand you text to act on; to turn it into a clip, generate the video in the composer or in Media Studio.
3. Tailor per-platform variants
Every targeted network starts linked to one Shared draft, so one edit reaches them all. To diverge, open a network's tab and choose Customize. That unlinks it so you can override the body, hashtags, and first comment just for that platform (Reset to shared snaps it back). For a fuller rewrite, run AI Studio's Platform adapter and paste the result in.
Expected result: at least one network shows tailored copy while the rest inherit the Shared version.
4. Schedule on the planner
In the composer's bottom bar choose Schedule and set a date and time. If one connected account fits, it's used automatically; if several fit, you pick one, or open Social → Calendar and click an empty day to compose right there. Toggle recommended times (the sparkle) to aim at higher-traffic slots.
Expected result: the post shows as a status-tinted chip on the calendar. Drag it to another day to reschedule, its time-of-day is kept. If your space requires approval, an unapproved post can't publish until it clears review.
5. Analyze what landed
Once it publishes, open Social → Analytics. It opens on an overview of your recent posts, with a chat beside it for questions about your results. Overview shows window totals versus the previous window with AI insight cards; Posts is a per-post table; Best time is a day-by-hour heatmap; Reports exports CSV or PDF.
Expected result: your post appears in the Posts table with the metrics its network returns, a metric a network doesn't report shows blank, never a false zero.
6. Work the replies
Open Social → Engagement. Comments, replies, and mentions on your published posts land here, one threaded conversation per post, each tagged with AI sentiment. Filter to open + high priority, read a thread, then either type a reply (sending posts it back and marks the item replied + resolved) or press Suggest reply for a brand-voice draft. It lands in the composer for you to edit and is never auto-posted.
Expected result: your reply appears on the network and the item flips to resolved. Comments come in from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, see the engagement queue.
Verify it works
- An account reads healthy in Social → Accounts.
- A draft carries copy and an inline-generated image.
- At least one network is customized while the rest stay Shared.
- The post scheduled (a chip on the calendar), then published.
- It shows in Analytics → Posts with real metrics.
- You answered a comment in the engagement queue.
Troubleshooting
- Network greyed out in the composer? It doesn't support the content type you picked, switch the type or the network.
- Account errored or "needs re-consent"? Reconnect and approve the full permission set; see connecting accounts.
- Analytics empty for a network? It needs insights scopes (or isn't wired up yet), reconnect to grant them.
- A network's comment queue is empty? Facebook and YouTube need extra read scopes, reconnect and approve them.
- Dropped post jumped forward a few minutes? Publishing needs a small lead time, so a too-soon drop is nudged ahead.
What's next
- Set up a support desk, the same brand voice, working your customers' tickets.
- Bio pages, a link-in-bio hub for the links your posts point to.
