How the pieces fit
Everything nests inside a space: your isolated business environment, with its own agents, contacts, content, billing, team, and brand. Inside a space you create an agent, and you shape that agent with three things:
- Knowledge: the documents and website content it answers from.
- Abilities: the tools it can use to act (check a calendar, search the web, update a CRM record).
- Memory: the long-term facts it carries between conversations.
You then connect channels so customers can reach the agent where they already are. Conversations, media, and billing all stay scoped to the space.
