Integrations overview
Give your agent real tools to act with: connect an app, grant access, and it gains abilities. Every tool is public-safe or owner-only by design.
Integrations are how your agent stops talking and starts doing. Connect an app, decide what it may touch, and the agent gains real abilities: searching your catalogue, booking a slot, updating a contact, publishing a post. AnyBot ships 33 integrations you can connect and 122 tools across 19 integration families, plus custom API tools for anything we don't cover out of the box.
The integration family
Every integration below is reachable today. The abilities column is what the agent can actually do once connected, not what's on a roadmap.
| Integration | Agent abilities | How you connect | Honesty |
|---|---|---|---|
| Notion | Search, read, and write pages & databases | One-click sign-in | Page must be shared with the connection |
| Google Workspace | Read, create, update Drive / Sheets / Docs files | One Google sign-in | - |
| Google Calendar | Offer free slots and book appointments | One Google sign-in | Availability & booking are public-safe |
| WordPress | Read and manage posts, pages, and media | Site URL + application password | - |
| Web Search | Live results with cited sources | Built-in, no setup | Metered internally |
| CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) | HubSpot tools: search & update contacts, log activity | Simple sign-in | HubSpot tools are owner-only |
| Wise | List profiles, balances, recipients; quote rates | Read-only connect | No money is moved |
| Commerce (WooCommerce / crawl) | Recommend and quote real, in-stock products | API keys / site crawl | Sync, not transactional · Shopify storefronts connect from the Integrations Store |
| Custom API tools | Turn any HTTP endpoint into a tool | Define request & response schema | - |
Channel tools count too. Several channels ship their own tool families (for example your agent can post and read in Slack or send email), so the 19 families span both the connectable integrations above and the channels your agent lives on.
How integrations work
Every integration follows the same three steps:
- Connect. Link the account: a one-click sign-in (Google, Notion), API keys (WooCommerce, Wise), or a URL + application password (WordPress). Nothing is turned on until you connect it.
- Grant. You choose which tools from that family are active. Each tool is fixed at one of two access levels, so you always know who can reach it.
- The agent gets abilities. From then on the agent can call those tools inside a live conversation, with no code.
Public-safe vs owner-only
Every tool is marked public-safe or owner-only, and this split is enforced by design. A visitor can never reach a sensitive action.
- 27 public-safe tools are safe actions a visitor may trigger: product search, web search, calendar availability and booking, rate quotes, lead capture. The last two are the deliberate exceptions, public-safe writes.
- 95 owner-only tools cover every sensitive, owner-facing mutation plus all CRM, inbox, finance, and internal-data tools, reachable only by you and your team.
Read the fine print
A few integrations do less than their marketing might imply. We state the limits up front.
