GDPR Notice

What's changed in this version. This notice now matches our Privacy Policy 2.2: the controller's details and contact address are current, it explains the trial-eligibility record we keep after erasure to enforce one free Trial per person, and retention and transfer details now point to the Privacy Policy so the two can't disagree.

This notice summarises the information the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires for people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The full details are in our Privacy Policy, which takes precedence if anything here seems to differ.

1. Who is responsible

Domor Tech OÜ, a private limited company under Estonian law, registry (Äriregister) no. 17473139, registered office Tööstuse tn 75-71, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia, operates ANYBOT at any.bot.

  • We are the controller for your account, billing, support and platform-usage data.
  • For the data your AI Agents process about your own contacts and end users, you are the controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

Contact for any privacy or GDPR request: [email protected].

2. Why we process your data, and the legal basis

Support, and service or security noticesContract / legal obligation
Keeping the platform secure and preventing abuse, including one free Trial per personLegitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
Improving the product from usage dataLegitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
Marketing messagesConsent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time
Optional voice or face features (biometric data)Explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a))

3. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we reply within one month. Most account details can also be changed directly in your settings.

One exception to erasure. If you have started a free Trial, we keep a trial-eligibility record even after you close your account or ask us to erase your data. It is a keyed one-way fingerprint (HMAC) of your normalised email address and any linked social sign-in, with no readable copy of either. It is used only to check whether a Trial has already been used, on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of a free offer. You can object to it by emailing [email protected]; we will weigh your objection and tell you the outcome. If a Trial is refused because of a match and you think that's wrong, a person will review it.

Automated decisions. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. A refused Trial can always be reviewed by a person, as above.

4. International transfers

Your Space content is hosted in the European Union. Some processing, such as requests to AI model providers, may take place outside the EEA. Where a country has no EU adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where required, your explicit consent. See the Privacy Policy, section 4, for details, and ask us which safeguard applies to you.

5. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed, as set out in the Privacy Policy, section 6. In short: while your account is active; a paused Space keeps its content while it is paused; after you close your account we delete your content within a reasonable period (target 30 days), with backups overwritten on our ordinary cycle; accounting records are kept for 7 years by law; and the trial-eligibility record is kept as described in section 3 above.

6. Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In Estonia that is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Data Protection Inspectorate). You don't have to contact us first, but we would welcome the chance to help.

7. Changes

We notify material changes by email and in-product at least 30 days ahead, as described in the Privacy Policy.
