Shared definitions. Space — your workspace. AI Agent — an assistant you build on our AI. Knowledge — files you give an Agent. Member — a person you invite to a Space. Contact / End User — someone who talks to your Agent. Content — anything you upload, enter, or generate, plus your Agents' conversations. Plan — your subscription for a Space. Anybot Tokens — the unit that measures usage. Consumer — a person acting outside a trade or profession; Business User — everyone else.
This covers the any.bot website and the platform.
1. The rule. We always store what the service needs to run. On our website we also measure visits and our advertising, as described in section 3. You can turn that off at any time from Privacy choices (in the site footer), and it stays off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. In the app, anything beyond what is strictly necessary needs your consent.

We don't send Meta your name, email address or other contact details from our website. Meta can link these events to a Meta account you are signed in to, and uses them under its own terms (Meta Privacy Policy). Your choice is saved in the ab_vo cookie, and that cookie is strictly necessary to respect it. The notice you see on your first visit is remembered in this browser's local storage (ab_vn). In the app, a first-party usage tool helps us improve it; it honours Global Privacy Control and stores no message content.
4. Sign-in providers. Where offered, sign-in buttons load components from Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook) and Apple so you can sign in with those accounts; they may set their own cookies under their terms when you use them.
5. What we don't do. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't send advertising partners your contact details from our website. Advertising measurement is limited to the events listed in section 3.
