Terms of Service

Version 2.2 · in force from 09 October 2026. Previous version: 2.1, which these Terms replace in full.

What's changed in this version. We describe our free 14-day Trial (no card needed) in §5 and the related rules in §4, §6, §10 and §14, and remove the references to a Free plan that is no longer offered. We also write our name the same way everywhere: AnyBot.

Publisher. Domor Tech OÜ, a private limited company under Estonian law (osaühing), registry (Äriregister) no. 17473139, VAT EE102971707, registered office Tööstuse tn 75-71, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: [email protected]. The platform is AnyBot at any.bot ("we", "us").

Shared definitions. Space — your workspace. AI Agent — an assistant you build on our AI. Knowledge — files you give an Agent. Member — a person you invite to a Space. Contact / End User — someone who talks to your Agent. Content — anything you upload, enter, or generate, plus your Agents' conversations. Plan — your subscription for a Space. AnyBot Tokens — the unit that measures usage. Consumer — a person acting outside a trade or profession; Business User — everyone else.

1. Acceptance. By using AnyBot you agree to these Terms. If you don't, don't use it. Each Space is a separate subscription with its own billing.

2. Eligibility. You must be 16 or older and confirm this at sign-up. If you act for a company, you confirm you can bind it. We rely on your declaration and don't verify age or identity.

3. Your account. Keep your credentials and API keys secure and your details accurate. You're responsible for everything done through your account and by the Members you invite. Tell us at [email protected] if you spot unauthorised access.

4. Plans, Tokens and Seats.

  • We offer paid plans — currently Starter, Pro, Advanced and Enterprise — which differ in the quantities included (Members, AnyBot Tokens, and other limits) and in price. Current details are shown at checkout. A new Space can start with a free 14-day Trial instead (§5). We may also offer a free plan from time to time; if we do, its limits and any card requirement are shown before you choose it.
  • AnyBot Tokens measure usage. Your plan includes a periodic allowance that resets each billing period (a Trial's allowance is a one-off amount for the Trial — see §5). You can buy extra Tokens, and buy extra Seats (to add Members beyond your plan's limit); these are charged when you buy them. We never charge you for anything you didn't buy. Consumed Tokens are used up and aren't refundable.
  • Billing is handled by Stripe; we don't store full card details. Prices to Consumers include applicable tax; to Business Users they exclude it.
  • If a payment fails we don't close your account — renewal simply pauses; you keep working while you have Tokens, and can resume by paying.

5. Free trial / withdrawal.

  • Starting a Trial. The owner of a Space can start a free 14-day Trial from the product. No card is needed, nothing is charged, and the Trial starts only when you choose to start it. You need a verified email address; accounts registered with a phone number only can't start a Trial.
  • What's included. A Trial gives your Space the features of our Pro plan, with capped allowances: separate AnyBot Token allowances for conversations, BotFather, content generation and images (video and avatar generation aren't included), and capped quantities such as AI Agents, channels, Members, storage and posts per day. The current allowances are shown in the product before you start and on your billing page during the Trial.
  • Reaching an allowance. Using up an allowance doesn't end your Trial. That feature pauses until you buy extra Tokens or choose a plan; everything else keeps working until the Trial ends.
  • One Trial per person. Each person can have one Trial, across all their accounts and Spaces. We check this against a one-way fingerprint of your email address and of any social sign-in linked to your account (see the Privacy Policy). If you've already had a Trial, you can still choose a paid plan at any time. Creating extra accounts or identities to get more Trials breaches §10.
  • When the Trial ends. The Trial ends automatically 14 days after it starts; the exact end time is shown in the product. Nothing is charged and there's nothing to cancel. Your Space then becomes read-only: you can still sign in and view your Content, but you can't create, change, send or publish. Your AI Agents stop replying — people who message them get a short notice that the service is paused — and scheduled posts are held, not published. Your public bio pages and publicly shared files stay online. We keep your Content while your Space is paused, and choosing a plan restores full access.
  • Upgrading. You can choose a paid plan at any time. It starts immediately when you pay, and your Trial ends at that moment: unused Trial days and Trial allowances aren't carried over or credited. Tokens you bought carry over. Scheduled posts held while your Space was paused are released automatically: those whose time is still ahead go back on the schedule, and those whose time has passed become drafts — they're never published late.
  • Tokens bought during a Trial. You can buy extra Tokens during a Trial; extra Seats are available on paid plans only. If the Trial ends without you choosing a plan, the unused balance stays on your Space, and we refund the unused part on request — email [email protected].
  • Referral rewards. If a referral code gives you a free month, it's applied as a one-off discount on your first paid plan, not as extra Trial time. We may limit how many times a referral code can be used, for example for owners without a paid plan.
  • Withdrawal. Consumers may withdraw from a first paid subscription within 14 days for a full refund of anything unused — email [email protected] (an in-product option is coming). This also applies when the paid plan replaces a Trial; the 14 days run from the day the paid plan starts. Buying more Tokens or Seats extends your existing contract and doesn't start a new 14-day period. Business Users have no withdrawal right and stop charges by cancelling renewal.

6. Cancelling and closing. You can cancel a subscription in-product at any time; the period you've paid for stays usable until it ends. A Trial needs no cancelling — it ends on its own (§5). Closing a Space or your account takes effect immediately; unused Tokens/Seats for it aren't refundable. Before you close, we show you what will be deleted and let you export your Content. We charge nothing you haven't asked for.

7. Your Content. You own your Content. You give us a limited licence, for the term only, to host and process it so we can run the service. You confirm you have the rights to the Content you upload.

8. No training on your Content. We do not use your Content — prompts, Knowledge, or your Agents' conversations — to train or improve any AI model, ours or anyone else's, and we don't let others do so. Our model providers are contractually barred from training on it.

9. Your AI Agents.

  • Agent answers are generated by AI and may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. They are not fact-checked and are not professional advice. Don't rely on an Agent, without qualified human review, for medical, legal, tax or financial advice or for decisions with legal or similarly serious effects. Test your Agents before you publish them.
  • Your Agents tell people they're AI. This disclosure is on by default. You may reword it, but you may not switch it off or instruct an Agent to hide, deny or evade it.
  • You decide what data your Agents collect and must give your End Users the notices and obtain the consents the law requires — including explicit consent where an Agent processes biometric data (for example voice cloning or a face-based avatar).

10. Acceptable use. You may build Agents for any lawful purpose. You may not use AnyBot to: create or distribute unlawful content, malware, or fraud; harass or incite hatred; produce sexual content involving minors or non-consensual material; infringe others' rights; impersonate a person or organisation; send unsolicited bulk messages; scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; break usage limits or security; create or use multiple accounts, identities or Spaces to get more than one Trial or to get around Trial limits; or get a model provider to do something its own terms forbid. If you breach this, we follow notice → suspension → termination, giving you 14 days to fix a fixable breach, and may suspend immediately to stop a serious, present risk. If we reasonably believe a Trial was obtained in breach of this section, we may also refuse it or end it early.

11. Channels and integrations. You can connect messaging, email, SMS, voice, social and other services. Each has its own terms that you must follow, and you're responsible for the consents needed to message people. Connected third-party services are governed by their own contracts; we're not responsible for them.

12. Availability. We work to keep AnyBot reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and there's no SLA unless agreed in writing. Beta features are provided "as is". If we stop the service for a reason that isn't your fault, or it's unavailable for a prolonged period due to us, you get a pro-rata refund of the unused paid period.

13. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to the contract is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or €100, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (including death or personal injury from our negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights).

14. Changes and contact. We may change these Terms for good reason on at least 30 days' notice, by email or in-product; where we ask you to accept new Terms in-product, you can keep using AnyBot once you've accepted them. If you're a Consumer and a change worsens your position you may withdraw. We may change the plans, Trials and allowances we offer to new customers at any time; changes to a plan or Trial you already have follow this section. These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
