Use case

Support that answers the routine, and routes the rest

An AI agent answers your customers from your own knowledge on every channel, and when something needs a human, it hands off with the whole conversation and can open a ticket for your team.

Point an agent at your help content and it answers customer questions from your knowledge base, never made up, on every channel. When it hits its limits it escalates to your team with full context, and it can open a support ticket right from the conversation. Your team then resolves tickets from a dashboard, with internal notes kept private from the customer.

The problem

The support squeeze

The same questions, all day

Routine questions eat your team's time and still pile up outside business hours.

Context lost in the handoff

When a bot gives up, the customer repeats everything to a human who starts from zero.

Tickets that live somewhere else

Opening a ticket means leaving the conversation and juggling another tool.

The outcome

What you get

Answers from your knowledge

The agent answers from your docs and site content, only what's true, never invented, across every channel.

Clean human handover

When it can't help, it escalates to your team with the full conversation, and steps back while a human owns the thread.

Tickets, opened in-chat

The agent opens and reads support tickets from inside the conversation; your team replies, sets status and priority, and resolves from a dashboard.

A privacy wall

Internal notes stay team-only, never shown to the customer or reachable by the agent.

How it works

How it works

  1. 1

Train it on your help content

Point the agent at your site and docs so it answers from what's actually true.

  2. 2

    Connect your channels

Put the agent on WhatsApp, web chat, email and more, one agent answers everywhere.

  3. 3

    Turn on the support desk

Enable the ticketing ability; the agent opens tickets, your team resolves them from the dashboard.

Frequently asked

Does the AI resolve tickets on its own?

In this first version the agent opens and reads tickets from the conversation; your team replies, sets status and priority, and resolves them from the dashboard. It's bot-opens, team-resolves by design.

Will it make up an answer?

No. It answers only from your knowledge base. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands off to your team.

Can customers see internal notes?

Never. A privacy wall keeps team-only notes out of the customer's view and out of the agent's reach.
