What's the difference between public-safe and owner-only?

Public-safe tools can be triggered by a guest on your public chat. They're read-only lookups like search or booking availability. Owner-only tools, every CRM, inbox, finance and internal-data action, can only be used by your internal agents. A small share of the live tools are public-safe; the rest are owner-only.

Can a website visitor read my private data?

No. A public visitor can only ever reach public-safe tools. The agent can never be talked into reading your inbox, CRM or finance data.

Which of these can my agent act in, not just read?
